CONTRACT BETWEEN US AND THE CUSTOMER
Receipt of your electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Your order will be deemed accepted by KBI Direct upon shipment of products you have ordered. Title to goods pass on to you on receipt of full payment by us and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING AND CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. KBI Direct reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If your ordered quantities are not available, we would send the available quantities to you and we will also issue a refund / exchange for the pending quantities in the order (if order is already paid for). If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within the same day of you placing the order by contacting us.
SHIPPING KBI Direct aims to arrange shipment of all in-stock‚ items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock . You will be informed about the delay and we will provide you with an estimated shipping date . Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate.
RETURNS KBI Direct offers an easy returns policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason if you are not, just send us your order within 5 days in unused, unopened condition and with its original packaging and we will be happy to give you a full refund as store credits less the shipping fees.
